DAR Constitution Hall
DC is welcoming the Queen of Latin Rock at a very special place like the DAR Constitution Hall. Alejandra Guzmán and her Brilla Tour will be making a stop in the nation's capital on Sunday, March 23rd. Plenty of stars come out to DC, but such a prominent name in Latin music doesn't necessarily come around that often! La Guzman promises to bring new songs on top of all of the classics that people know and love from her music library.
If there was ever a good time to be heartbroken, this would be it! Coming out to the DAR Constitution Hall and getting a chance to sing Llama Por Favor or Hacer El Amor Con Otro at the top of your lungs counts as a therapy session for sure! Alejandra Guzman and her wacky looks are ready to grace this traditional stage. Are you ready to be a part of the Brilla Tour? If so, click the get tickets button today!
There are certain songs that have always been considered "girl" anthems. Yet, those are the same tracks that the "toughest" guys you've ever known know by heart. When you see them singing those, it's just a vibe on its own. Terry Crews in "Donde Estan Las Rubias" or White Chicks comes to mind as the poster child of this phenomenon. It turns out that Alejandra Guzman has quite a few of these anthems, and if you're a guy out here at the DAR Constitution Hall, just a quick word of advice. Don't be afraid to let loose and sing at the top of your lungs when "Enternamente Bella" comes on! Everyone knows you know it, and you look worse, swinging from side to side and mumbling.
This is one of those concerts where you're probably going to know all of the songs that are playing. That's going to be the case even if you consider yourself a casual Alejandra Guzmán fan. She's the proud author of some of the most iconic 80s and 90s pop ballads in Spanish. Those are songs that you may not even know that she sang, but when they come on, it turns out you know them word for word. See Exhibit A with the aforementioned Eternamente Bella! This all means that you're going to be up on your feet for most of the night. Make sure that you're wearing some comfortable footwear because if not, that walk to the parking lot is gonna be a challenge!
The DAR Constitution Hall has such a unique setup that it makes finding the right seat a breeze. Of course, if you've got the traditional spots next to the stage. Those are best for massive fans of La Guzman who want to have this experience of being close to her. From the upper levels of the theater, you may have a better perspective of the entire show. Plus, those spots could give you more legroom to precisely get up and dance. Take these last few lines of advice into account when you click the get tickets button to pick your seats for this Sunday, March 23rd, show!
